Dream mysterious

A Dream -- Wednesday 14 October

I'm wandering through a forest of sunflowers at twilight, their faces turned towards the setting sun, as if they're dreaming its golden rays into their petals. The path is lined with old photographs, each one a whisper from the past, reminding me of hikes taken alone, of laughter echoing through empty valleys. I'm holding an old radio, its dials glowing like moons. It plays a melody, "Hearts and Minds," the singer's voice echoing through the sunflowers, their dance a dark ritual, a love song gone wrong. I feel like Emily Dickinson, lost in nature's impermanence, wondering if the sunflowers dream of the sun when they're closed for the night.
Did this resonate?
